What is your payment policy?
We can go over a quick consultation of what we do before booking. At time of booking, we require a 30% down payment that is taken away from the total. Remainder of payment is not due until 14-days prior to your event..
Is alcohol included?
All alcohol purchases are separate from our fees. Ontario liquor law prevents us from purchasing the alcohol. That means, you must supply the alcohol and we will take it from there!
Our staff is fully certified and insured to serve it. No stress! We will provide you will a shopping list to help guide you on what to purchase.
We can help curate a detailed list of supplies so you are not purchasing too much or too little for your event. We can also arrange a pick up and delivery of the alcohol for an extra cost.
Do you have a client-vendor contract?
Yes, on day of booking, we will provide a contract for the event.
Do you have insurance?
Definitely! We have a general liability insurance for Nectar & Noir. As well, our staff are all Smart Serve Ontario certified.
